I'm writing this article with great interest as an application submission to the Steemit Country Representatives - Applications Invited article, which was published by @steemitblog. I believe I have all the ability to become one of the next representatives of Bangladesh.

I am Sifat Rahman. My username is @boss75. I am from Rangpur, a renowned division of Bangladesh. Now, I am doing graduation in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a reputed university of Bangladesh. I live with my parents. I have a younger sister who is pursuing the Secondary School degree. I love playing outdoor games especially cricket and represented (as captain) my departmental team in many competitions. Besides that, I am also an active member of SC-Keloka, a local club of our locality. My active participation in these sectors has taught me great skills.

It's my 232nd day in the steem ecosystem. To be exact, I created my steem profile on 10th September 2020. After creating my profile I did some research on how steemit works, how I can make a decent income. I found that steemit doesn't allow any kind of plagiarised article, low-quality, or spamming content. I understood that I can make a decent income only through quality content. I started following the successful persons in steemit. I was amazed to see their progress. I wanted to achieve those what they have got. So, I set some specific goals.

• Complete all the achievements in my first month.
• Reach 500sp in the first 30 days.
• Achieve a reputation of 60 in the first 75 days.
• Reach 80 followers within two months.
• Try to engage in my posts.
• Comment and upvote a minimum of 5 newcomers post daily.
• Minimum post once per day.

• I have completed all the achievements in my first 31 days of steemit. I am attaching my achievement compilation here.
• I have reached a reputation level of 65 in two months.
• I have made a total of 393 posts, 2104 comments, 1996 replies so far.
• I am appointed as a Moderator in three communities.

World of Cricket 🏏: I am serving this community as the role of moderator for five months. The leader of the community is @tarpan. Here my role is to promote contests, check plagiarism, guide new users within this community. Thanks to @tarpan for giving me such a wonderful opportunity.

Steeming Community: This community is lead by @cryptokannon. I am serving this community as the role of moderator for four months. Here my job is to curate the English posts, check plagiarism, instruct the south Asian users, host mini-contest, perform charity, promote contests, choose the best post on weekly basis and give daily reports within this community. Thanks to @cryptokannon for giving me such a wonderful opportunity.

Zero to Infinity: I am with this community as a moderator from the beginning. This community is lead by @tarpan. Here usually I do administrative tasks. Also, I check the plagiarised contents also. Besides that, being a technical student, I also publish tutorials on different topics.

Support to Newcomers: When a newbie joins steemit, he/she become a little bit frustrated. They become confused about how to proceed to the next stage. They suffer from depression in lack of proper guidance. I will try my best to guide the newcomers. I will teach them how to use this platform properly so that they can be successful. I will try to clear their confusion and hopefully I will be able to create a friendly environment for them.

Recruitment: In order to the growth of any social blockchain, the most important factor is the number of users. The users work hard to achieve success and how successful steemit can mostly depend on the recruitment. Steemit can grow faster only if it can achieve quality recruitments. I will try to recruit new members in the steemit considering their quality content creation ability.

Self-sustainability of the communities: I will work for the promotion of the importance of delegation to my country mates. I will try to motivate them to support the community he/she is a part of. If I can fulfill this objective, hopefully, the communities will grow fast and become stronger with the contribution of its member.

Support Fellow Representatives: Currently, @tarpan, @toufiq777, and @rex-sumon are working really great on their role of country representative of Bangladesh. They are doing their best for the growth of the communities of Bangladesh. Hopefully, I will be able to support them in their contribution.

Curate Quality Contents: So far, I have upvoted 3826 quality contents so far. If I am chosen as a Country Representative of Bangladesh, I will will be given a delegation of 5000 SP. With that SP, I will be able to curate more quality contents in a very effective way. As a result, I can play a vital role building up Steem Community.

• I believe I bring a set of talents that will be valuable to Steemit. In the role of country representative , I think I hold my abilities in relationship building, providing a solid foundation for the Community building. My communication strength, people-centric nature, and eagerness to please can be very effective for the guidance of newcomers and other users also.

• I think my strong zone is discussion-based and problem-solving ability. I believe I have the ability to achieve the learning goals, establish proper guidelines and prepare lesson plans and support the learners accordingly.

• I am excited to contribute my strengths and proficiency in collaboration to the steemit team. As an extroverted and personable communicator with a proven track record, my focus on building strong professional relationships has been a valuable asset throughout my steemit career.
