In 1971, we had to fight against Pakistan for our freedom and justice. 3 million freedom fighters were were killed and unknown number of sisters, daughters and mothers were raped by Pakistani soldiers. But after 9 months of fighting we achieved victory and we forgive Pakistan even let their 90 thousands soldiers leave peacefully. Among all areas our district Jashore was 1st to free from Pakistani siege.
