Dear Mr David McKay
I'm not currently a customer of RBC and it makes it difficult to make complaints however I didn't think which bank I chose mattered and I was in a pretty bad part of town I went into a Royal Bank on Memorial Drive East in Calgary this was a few months ago with my last $50 bill it was paid for by a grandmother to a friend who paid me what she owed me and it was pretty old in fact I had trouble passing it at the store and I looked at it and it has security features and I took a high resolution photograph of it with my s22 it's a legitimate Bill and a collector offered me $50 for it in 2 days so I walked to the Memorial Drive East and gave it to the bank manager I guess it was the teller at the time who snatched it out of my hand rudely told me without even looking at it that it was a fake bill it looks like paper because when those bills are worn they look like that I remember when I was a kid that's exactly what happens to them and it's not even heavily worn it's just one spot it's little like paper this lady doesn't know what that is like she's never seen one before I presume she's younger than I am and maybe she's never seen one anyways she snatched it from my hand and took it to show a customer and told me that she's giving it to the police so I called the police and she said okay well come back tomorrow and I'll tell you after check the security features then and knowing it's a good deal I expected to come back and pick it up 50 bucks up the next day and I didn't get to do that she told me she gave it to the police several times I had to call the bank manager and she said she was the bank manager she said that was me that took the bill from you yesterday I'm the bank manager I gave it to the police and she slammed down the phone on me you're not going to believe it and so I wish I had the entire time there recorded I reported a few minutes of her speaking with another teller while I was waiting for her to tell me which police officer who she gave it to I called the police they told me they never spoke with her I called the police on four occasions I have a reference number with the police and they said that they've never spoken with her or attended that location okay so I'm not sure what she's talking about but it sounds like she took a bill that was valid didn't look at it and misplaced it thinking the police have it maybe someone's dresses please since you just gave it to them I don't know but the police officer told me one more thing that was strange he said they never do this anyways there's a different process for fraudulent bills at the bank and this isn't it and he was kind of concerned and told me first go through the customer service so Mr McKay I went to customer service and I am as shocked as you are that a bank teller could ever do such a thing doesn't matter what part of town or which bank it is this is not happening especially to somebody who really needs that 50 bucks and and I don't think I'll ever use that bank certainly ever again and next time I do change a billion I'm going to go to the downtown bank or whatever town I'm in and do it there because I know they're always quite fancy downtown in every city I've been to they're quite something there they won't do this to you for sure and this this thing seems to be a wild west of banks on Memorial Drive East not the one in Marlborough Memorial Drive East is near 52nd Street anyways I called customer service customer service gave me a reference number was very concerned about this really cared about it send me an email then they said I could call the phone number it's going to come in an email with the reference number and check up on my complaint when they resolve it they'll send me another email when it's resolved so I checked my email and I got this email it said the reference number and it said that they really cared about my complaints and they're very sorry this happened they're going to fix it hang tight so I waited and then I got it very quickly a resolution email says it's been resolved here's a reference number so I called back with the reference number just now and they told me they couldn't identify me actually it was two days ago they couldn't identify me so because I don't have a bank account with RBC they couldn't tell me what was resolved with the complaint but in a bank they could check my ID and then tell me so it took me two days but I got to a bank today that was open and I went in the bank here in a nice part of town and the guy looked up the reference number after insisting I must have a bank account and I don't repeatedly repeatedly told him I don't have a account anymore not since I was 15 or something and maybe I did actually a couple years ago briefly but either way I don't have an account currently and I wouldn't mind an account but I don't have one and I have my ID and I have this reference number please look it up so he looks up the reference number and he tells me there's nothing there about a 50-dollar bill he said this reference number means that your accounts were Consolidated from Eastern and Western Royal Banks whatever that means I've had two World bank accounts in my life one I guess was in Saskatchewan one was in Duncan British Columbia when I was 15 years old so they've Consolidated him into one account with my with my identity right that's very same thing the person that can't validate on the phone I mean this is a whole other issue that you have a problem with but it's not like you often have people complaining if they don't have a bank account with you however this bill was stolen by bank manager and that's eventually it's going to go back to the police and if I mean after this there's like one other person group or body to go to and then the police will have to deal with it and I'm my sister is a lawyer and international human rights lawyer and I'm seriously considered doing something about it because I need this money very badly and it's ridiculous to the bank manager would do this I'm not sure if I've written a Google review yet but my pictures on Google get a lot of views Google says I'm very popular he able to tell that to everybody but I'm warning you you should treat this very seriously you need to find out what's wrong with this lady I know there's a good reason why she might be thinking something strange but it's wrong what she's doing and furthermore it's slander and it's not true if if it's what I expect in any case more than that later if you're interested but you should find out what's wrong with her because I'm a regular customer bringing a regular Bill total stranger and she shouldn't be snatching it from their hand and stealing it and lying to them over and over again repeatedly on the phone telling me she gave it to the police she's lying on top of it would you ever expect to tell her to lie they don't steal the money they could easily walk away with and they're not going to lie to you that's for sure about especially about the banking stuff they have to be highly accurate and they have to honest this is like my job I am by career an expert I'm an expert Information Systems in fact I'm so good at this I've worked in it professionally for industry for over 15 years that makes me able to call myself an information scientist so when I'm working there's nobody online to unless I'm hiding confidential information there's no lying at work and I think you understand this very clearly obviously there's no lying at your job either unless it's to shareholders I'm just kidding but what I'm saying is you should really take this seriously I mean I'm floored over it it's just ridiculous it's really ridiculous and I really need that $50 so I called the customer service with this complaint ID number which I'm going to give you is

So they told me to go to the bank and the bank said that all it says under that resolution is that they've Consolidated my profiles so obviously he has access to my two bank accounts I've ever had with World Bank and he can identify me but he can't find anything about a missing $50 bill or the police or the bank manager in the Memorial Drive East Royal Bank of Canada he said there's nothing there I need to go back to the bank manager or call customer service I called customer service again cuz obviously I'm not going back to this this dangerous and crazy place called Memorial Drive East Bank Royal Bank the wild west of banks I guess anyways I'm not prepared to go back there today I'll call her again and I do have every phone call with her recorded and she's obviously something wrong with her and I recorded about 5 minutes and there while I was waiting for them to decide what to do after he got rid of my bills somewhere and we're trying to tell me to go away they had given it to the police and if they look very suspicious and they're doing some sort of weird chirping and they're complaining about the recording it's really unprofessional and it's unlike a bank manager it's it's really really weird anyways her staff witness her behavior and the police have told me it's not in their possession I'll give you the reference number for the police if you want to validate this cuz she definitely did not give it to the police I even asked her which police officer who if she can give me their name or their badge number or their phone number I will go call them and she just said no she gave it to please and it's clear she didn't do this to me but she might still be saying that in any case when I called customer service back and told him the bank told me that reference number doesn't resolve anything they said yes it does but they still can't identify me or look up the reference number cuz I don't have an account so go back to the bank and tell them again that you want the resolution You're Expecting the $50 bill thing to be resolved and it's in there with this reference number for sure okay go back to the bank do that show mean while call the bank and just see what's up tell the bank manager look this guy is calling wondering where his bill is he's talked to police already none of that working I have a high resolution photograph of it it's an s22 it's a beautiful camera it's like 32 or 60 megapixels or something I mean you can see a parasites on your skin with this I mean or in your freezer almost almost but it's very good and a person said they would buy it for $50 it came from an old lady this woman who I work for grandmother gave it to her with a bunch of other money and she paid me with this bill for my work my time my labor she's willing she was willing when this lady took it she was going to come to the bank and state it was hers it's not a fraudulent bill the number on it plus the security feature should be more than enough to give me the the value of the bill but it's fine if I could just get the bill back I would be happy cuz I know any other Bank in the world in the world probably in Jamaica or Bahamas would give me a $50 bill for a no problem I'm just joking it's a Canadian Bill and please look into this because I have a lot of problems and the problems are certainly unjust and wrong they're incorrect you can look me up online my name is at the bottom of this email and the the facts I have stated publicly so if this is related to the ongoing criminal harassment from people that murdered a friend of mine who I witnessed 8 years ago do so as well I was told to get out of town by the local authorities and pentaton BC they threatened me and I was told they were probably the people that shot this girl that she beg for her life so I don't want to get too much more into it cuz it sounds horrible and it is horrible it's disgusting and I suspect that this criminal harassment from the bank manager did that guy speak to me is he talking to me okay anyways sorry I just I do have a lot of problems with these people and I suspect it could be that cuz it's pretty strange behavior and this this criminal harassment carries with it strong slander which is a lie and I never get to hear what it is so with deep fake videos being all the rage nowadays being very easy to make I suspected something in those lines because the reason I don't get to hear the slander is cuz it's a video and if it's a video there's more than slander and it's a serious crime right even if it's true it's a serious crime but it's not true it's the problem and I don't get to see the evidence so the police and I are in the dark neither the police or I know what this is it's just a stupid manager who stole my bill a bank manager doesn't steal $50 bills from people never ever ever I know this I actually really know it because I have experience with bank managers and they will never do this to anybody it's despicable it's despicable it's like robbery is not for bank managers it's like dresses aren't for boys usually I mean all the time for me at least I'm I'm a boy and I would never wear a dress but I guess there are some but anyways that's beside the point there are no bank managers that robbed people you know what I'm saying that's true so what is she what happened what happened if it isn't the criminal harassment and the video would be very valuable if you do come across this you must please acquire the evidence for me because it would help the police do something for once after 8 years after witnessing this girl die I have nothing and I made a lot of statements online you can look me up I'll put my link to my blog below I need funding and I need this $50 bill most importantly you can get this $50 bill back from the bank manager would be nice I really don't care where it comes from but please try to get it fixed regardless and and do give me my $50 back Bill back even more important than caring about her poor customer service and her weird criminality and credentials as a teller/manager of a bank I mean I'm sure she she has a loans to terrorists if she's doing this frequently but I doubt she does this anybody but me and other people in my similar situation which are few and far between thank you very much Mr David McKay
