This post was in my feed this morning. The second of what I deem to be pro Islam propaganda. After all the attacks, including the stabbings that just occurred in London. And this was the caption:

Frankly, I was taken aback at the slogan on these shirts! What in the world does Jesus have to do with leading Christians to Islam??? It did not ring true in my gut. And what is an "Interfaith Quran" So I posted some of my thoughts...

Why is this in my feed? And your shirts are nonsense! There is nothing about Jesus that leads to Islam, in fact quite the opposite. Profiting off these shirts is satanic if not treasonous. But it's your soul not mine.

This is obviously not about Trump, it's about your shirt baiting Mellennials who are sketchy on Christianity into converting to Islam.
I'm not an expert on geopolitical issues nor am I an expert on the Quran but the slogan on those shirts ring of deception. Try putting a post out here and ask how many Christians love Jesus so much, they converted to Islam! Many are too fearful to speak out, as I have been privately told here many times. And to be clear, I love everyone and have no issues with any culture or Creed of any walk of life. Unfortunately, what I've seen of Islam that just is not so. I do wish you a beautiful day and wish you no I'll will or disrespect. This is your business and you have every right to sell your T-shirts. It would be interesting to see you post this question here on LI. You'll either get a tidal wave of response or none at all. Too many fearful of loosing their jobs.

Of course the convention is centered in Chicago, the evil empire itself. shirts look like propaganda to ease our troubled minds so we open up our arms and borders to let the enemy slip past our guard. MAKE NO MISTAKE! Islam preaches DEATH to infidels and non believers. When did Jesus have anything to do with Islam? Sounds/looks like an updated version of "Tokyo Rose" or "Axis Sally".

Kevin, the hair on the back of my neck raised when I first read this post. While the message seems disarming, and all "we are the world" I believe this man is precise, cunning, and a pro at muddying up the water so as to the casual passerby would not see his intent. Samuel your attempt at passing the Muslim faith off as loving, and all inclusive entity is not going to work here among us who have studied our adversaries, KNOW what the Quran teaches. and what true believers of the Muslim faith have in store for "non believers."Samuel, If you are the true Muslim voice then you know what your true mission is and that isn't the message you typed above now is it? I noticed he was a member of the city council for the city of Annapolis, which I found quite interesting especially with MD leaning on being a sanctuary city.

So my point is, would a Christian survive walking the streets of Dearborne MI or any "sanctuary city" of place with a heavy Muslim populating with a T-Shirt that read "MY GREAT LOVE FOR ALLAH LED ME TO CHRISTIANITY"
And by the way, I'm already having them printed up so... lol

Does Islam permit Muslims to lie?

Muslim scholars teach that Muslims should generally be truthful to each other, unless the purpose of lying is to "smooth over differences."

There are several forms of lying to non-believers that are permitted under certain circumstances, the best known being taqiyya. These circumstances are typically those that advance the cause of Islam - in some cases by gaining the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them.
Quran
Quran (16:106) - Establishes that there are circumstances that can "compel" a Muslim to tell a lie.

Quran (3:28) - This verse tells Muslims not to take those outside the faith as friends, unless it is to "guard themselves" against danger, meaning that there are times when a Muslim should appear friendly to non-Muslims, even though they should not feel that way..

Quran (9:3) - "...Allah and His Messenger are free from liability to the idolaters..." The dissolution of oaths with the pagans who remained at Mecca following its capture. They did nothing wrong, but were evicted anyway. (The next verse refers only to those who have a personal agreement with Muhammad as individuals - see Ibn Kathir (vol 4, p 49)

Quran (40:28) - A man is introduced as a believer, but one who had to "hide his faith" among those who are not believers.

Quran (2:225) - "Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts"

Quran (3:54) - "And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers." The Arabic word used here for scheme (or plot) is makara, which literally means 'deceit'. If Allah is supremely deceitful toward unbelievers, then there is little basis for denying that Muslims are allowed to do the same. (See also 8:30 and 10:21)

Taken collectively these verses are interpreted to mean that there are circumstances when a Muslim may be "compelled" to deceive others for a greater purpose.
