I wonder just how many of you have used charcoal briquettes to cook with?
The gas barbecue has made outdoor cooking so simple and easy, but have we lost some of the cooking flavor and part of the outdoor experience?
Part of the " fun" of charcoal is squirting lighter fluid over the coals and throwing the match, and having the fire explode toward you!
Well maybe we do need to use propane......... I want to be able to eat that burger!!!!!
I think gas is so much easier, especially in cold snowy weather!
