Ernesto Valverde, the star of Lionel Messi, was ruled out of the list for his welcome after taking part in 35 appearances in the league this season.

This is the first defeat of the Bulgarians this season in the absence of the Argentinian star. He has been ruled out of four matches and won 3 times in a game, while he took part in five matches, winning one and drawing 4.
