This time around I'm staying at the aria hotel . Inside is a French dinner spot. It opens at 5:30 pm and closes at 10 pm. The place is beautiful inside. I came with two friends friend travelers. They tell me that back in the day. The bathroom the water glasses we drink out of are what they remember from their child hood. The attention to detail was like nothing I have ever seen. I guess that's Vegas for you so over the top crazy dream like opulence. I got the mussels in white wine sauce. 
On the top right hand corner is their version of max and cheese. The Mac and cheese was very rich and topped with a light dusting of bread crumbs or Panko. Very unexpected and very surprised. I would recommend getting it if your ever in town for a business or pleasure. Here is a photo of my main course the mussels.

I got the salted caramel. It's looks like a sweet bagel slices in two with caramel candy on top. It's has pray-line cream in the middle. Excuse me for my spelling errors. This is the photo of my dessert.
