I am going to visit Bari soon... but I still haven't made any big plans. I am wondering if I should just walk around in the city center or if I should go to the beach to take a swim, or if I should visit Monopoly instead as I have heard that it is a place feeling much more authentic than the city of Bari itself?
I don't know, but it will be very cool to just visit Italy once again, to ice real Italian ice cream, to eat pizza... but maybe I should go ahead and taste some fish as well? I know Italians eat a lot of fish, but I am not much of a fish eater. Should I take the risk, or should I just forget about it?
What would you eat if you went to Bari? Are there any special restaurants that you would recommend in Bari? And are there any special places that I should absolutely visit?
I would love to get some recommendations and tips from any of you locals or tourists who have been to Bari before.
I guess I have a plan to travel by train to Polignano a Mare one day to visit the spectacular beach there in the city center. But, besides that, I haven't much planned yet!
