Fox News Likened My Marijuana Legalization Advocacy to The World’s Largest Pro-Pedophilia Advocacy Group

During this interview a panel of Fox News experts accused me of numerous outrageous and vile acts. When I accused them of propaganda they instantly cut the news feed.

The government likes to neutralize efficient activist, anarchist or government antagonist by ruining their reputation. This is accomplished by launching propaganda attacks on the targeted individual. The purpose is to stop the person's ability to influence others. After all, who will listen to or follow a crazy or immoral person?

I have been targeted many times with propaganda because of the videos I produced that taught people how to never get busted for marijuana. The government saw my activism as a form of treason because I went from being a top narco cop to being a top drug war insurgent.

When I started stinging cops for my Internet reality show "KopBusters," the government used other methods to shut me down that I will explain in upcoming posts.

This interview is a perfect example of how the government will try to harm a person's credibility. The propagandist can be heard accusing me of exploitation, funding terrorists, supporting child drug use and worst of all, comparing me to child molesters.

Thankfully Fox News failed. Otherwise you would not be following me or reading this post.

I am grateful for every upvote I get so please continue supporting me. A minnow's upvote is just as important as a whale's because an upvote means I used my life's experiences to help another person. And as always, "Roll it up and Steemit" with NeverGetBusted.

About the author Barry Cooper:

"You may have seen him on the pages of Maxim, or during one of his many appearances on CNN, Fox News and Spike TV. He’s the cop who turned against the drug war. In American pop culture right now, there’s nobody quite like him. As one of the former top drug cops working the Texas highways, he was ferocious, bringing down hundreds of people for possessing even tiny amounts of an illegal substance. In his new life as an anti-prohibition crusader and activist filmmaker, he’s just as ferocious, but now it’s his former colleagues in law enforcement who are sweating his intimidating gaze…Cooper is on a mission to free America’s pot prisoners and take down the abusive cops he once sought to emulate. In the terminology of war, Barry is an insurgent, lobbing bombs into the fourth estate as his form of penance for all the people he put behind bars on drug offenses.” —True/Slant

Barry Cooper has received global attention by being reported in over 700 newspapers and magazines including Rolling Stones, High Times, a feature in Maxim Magazine and a front cover feature in Cannabis Culture Magazine and the Texas Observer. He has been a guest on numerous radio shows and every cable news channel including MSNBC Tucker Carlson, FOX Geraldo At Large, ABC I Caught, NBC Mike and Juliet Morning Show and NPR’s, This American Life. He has also appeared as drug and legal expert in five episodes of SPIKE TV’s reality show, MANSWERS. Barry recently starred with Woody Harrelson, 50 Cent, Eminem and Susan Sarandon in the anti drug war documentary, “How To Make Money Selling Drugs.” The movie features Barry freeing prisoners.

“Barry was even better than he says he was. He had a knack for finding drugs and made more arrests and more seizures than all of the other agents combined. He was probably the best narcotics officer in the state and maybe the country during his time with the task force.” –Tom Finley, Commander Permian Basin Drug Task Force

"Swarmed by Morons": I thought long & hard but really there's nothing I can say that tops the title of that video.

Fox News is clearly editorial news and their bias towards their views are clear as day for all to see. Some of the other news sources such as CNN however are different entirely. They attempt to conceal their biases and claim to just report the news. It's harder for the masses to notice this but many do. They in my opinion are just as bias as Fox. Alternative media and the internet seem to be the only real worthy sources for news beyond simple reporting (of weather and flooding for example). But due to the sheer volume of info on the web people should be critical of news sources online as well. Great share.

When is this from? The 90's? Just curious... Oh the propaganda machine of Faux news... And yeah, I was locked up for mushrooms in Fresno, CA and when they were budget cutting the sheriffs dept, they said they wouldn't let violent offenders out early, they did just that. A pedophile, a rapist, and an armed robber were first released (the robber re-offended within 24 hours) . Meanwhile a old guy who had a joint, and numerous other non-violent petty drug crime offenders were kept in custody. The 'justice' system is ridiculous and completely a sign of how far 'the land of the free' has fallen.

This aired in 2007 but a person can see the cable news channels using the exact same techniques today. Sorry about you having to go to jail. I feel you.

There is a reason most Americans now call them "Faux News" cause everything the report is either "Sensationalized Bullshit" or "Flat out lies" they wouldn't know the truth if it walked up to them on Prime Time TV and Bitch-slapped their 'candy asses'.....

Sorry for the rant but I hate Fox News!

hahaha. I love your rant! It made me spit out my coffee.

@barrycooper As I mentioned the other day, I didn't know who you were prior to steemit, so in an effort to find out I decided to surf the web to see what you had all done. Funny enough I watched that very video, it reminded me of another video where a similar tactic was used against @adamkokesh

yep...similar tactic. thanks for sharing this @shanelohre

Well thank goodness I didn't ask you to kiss my children then. ;) (aaaaargh Fox News)

hahaahah. Hilarious!

Barry, interested in doing an interview with you for my channel sometime. I have a few subscribers that would be more than interested in hearing your story. Browse the HighImpactFlix channel and see if that's something that would interest you. Peace.

It is so hard to hear those fools spew that garbage. It is such a breath of fresh air to hear a reasonable, compassionate man not letting them get away with it!

@barrycooper I freakin' love you, man!!! I use Fox News as my Comedy Central -- whenever I need a good laugh I tune into those clowns :)) You are 100% correct when you brought up propaganda -- they are nothing but propaganda machine that unfortunately many less informed minds buy into... Cheers, my man -- have a good one!

Thanks @macksby. I had fun watching the panel go nuts. he he.

Thanks for sharing these vids- it's a reality check, a reminder that our media has become another arm of the government... 1984 come to life.

Good job Barry!
Mainstream media sucks.....

Wow. It must have been hard to talk with those women without losing it. They seem to be perfectly OK with telling other people how to live based on what THEY like and dislike. When you brought up an actual fact they dismissed it as quickly as they could! I'm utterly disgusted.

I think it can be hard for people who've never had an interest in drugs other than alcohol and tobacco (which is their choice of course!), and thus never experienced conflict with the law, to sympathize with marijuana "criminals." But they should, because the things you describe that are happening in jails are huge injustices being done to other human beings.

You're also teaching the big dealers tricks

I wonder who the biggest dealers are...

I had to stop it when the NAMBLA comparison came out. It takes a lot of gall to compare a victimless act regarding consensual adults to something akin to raping a child, whether forcefully or through coercion . I have to give you props, Mr.Cooper. Because that shit would have brought the coon ass out of me on national tv.

hahah. Your'e a coon ass. I grew up in E. Texas and went to Louisiana to hunt many times. Love the coon asses. Glad you are here!

Yeah Fake News says a lot of shit that should get their FCC credentials revoked.

Woa... that has to be one of the most idiotic correspondences that anyone could ever possibly make. Shame on them for being such tools for the establishment and preventing cannabis from being recognized as non-harmful, non-violent medicinal plant that authoritarian statism is trying to prevent people from accessing. Truly disgusting. Peace.

I know. Crazy right?

@barrycooper when was this aired??

It aired in 2007.
