  1. Boston Red Sox 25-9: Boston has to be concerned with the MVP candidate’s health. He’s been removed from multiple games now. Boston needs Mookie.

  2. New York Yankees 24-10: Have won 17 of their last 20.

  3. Arizona D-Backs 23-11: Matt Koch beat Verlander and Kershaw in head to head matchups this week. Special.

  4. Houston Astros 21-15: Houston’s pitching staff continues to be the best in the league, substance or not.

  5. Los Angeles Angels 21-13: Pujols gets his 3000thand the Angels are rolling.

  6. New York Mets 17-15: The Dark Knight has finally been ousted.

  7. St. Louis Cardinals 20-12: One of the reasons for the Cards turnaround? Not giving up the long ball. Only 22 so far, lowest in the league.

  8. Colorado Rockies 20-15: Rockies are playing pretty well given it’s May and they’ve only have a league low 12 home games.

  9. Seattle Mariners 19-14: In the week that saw Ichiro move on, Dee Gordon has slapped hits everywhere getting 16 hits in a 5 game span.

  10. Philadelphia Phillies 18-15: 7-13 against your own division is not a good recipe for success.

  11. Atlanta Braves 19-14: Braves keep bringing up prospects while playing respectable ball pushing the timetable for contention closer.

  12. Toronto Blue Jays 19-16: The Jays got Donaldson back after a lengthy DL spell. Jays are hanging tough.

  13. Milwaukee Brewers 20-15: Wade Miley won a game. Never thought I’d type that again.

  14. San Francisco Giants 19-15: And just like that, Johnny Cueto is back on the DL with elbow inflammation.

  15. Chicago Cubs 16-15: Just when you think the Cubs put in together, they lose 5 straight.

  18. Washington Nationals 18-17: Bryce Harper is money in the lead off spot.

  19. Oakland Athletics 18-16: A’s continue their gutsy performance of treading water.

  20. Tampa Bay Rays 15-17: Not as bad as everyone predicted given the budgetary constraints.

  21. Los Angeles Dodgers 15-19: Walker Buehler’s no-no is a symbol of hope after losing Seager for the year.

  22. Detroit Tigers 14-19: Miggy hits the DL leaving Detroit fans with no one to root for.

  23. Minnesota Twins 13-17: The Twins season is spiraling out of control since a great first week.

  24. Texas Rangers 13-23: When Bartolo Colon is pitching like your staff ace, you might have a problem.

  25. San Diego Padres 13-23: Got no hit for the 10thtime since 1969, most in the league in that span.

  26. Miami Marlins 13-20: Manager Don Mattingly might have a drinking problem after this year.

  27. Chicago White Sox 9-23: Yuan Moncado to the DL will not help his growth or the team.

  28. Kansas City Royals 11-23: Rebuilding it tough when you have nothing to sell.

  29. Cincinnati Reds 8-26: Joey Votto was named NL Player of the week.

  30. Baltimore Orioles 8-26: The Orioles are a league worst 3-14 away from Camden Yards.
