3 Reasons to bathe night

1. Rinse sweat, fat and allergens

The evening shower ensures a healthy skin. If a person works and is out all day, evening skin is covered with any allergens that could irritate.

So it is better that they be cleaned overnight. Then the skin regenerate dead cells fall and build new ones.

Bathing twice a day is not such a bad idea, if for shorter than 10 minutes and the water is lukewarm.

For men who shave morning shower is not a bad idea because the heat opens the pores and thus prevents ingrown hairs. The same goes for women who shave.
