By providing the canvas and chalk, it minimizes the likelihood of permanent vandalism. We found this bar by asking people for the best dive bar in Baton Rouge and this is what we got word of mouth. It's undoubtedly a hole in the wall and it's connected to a Waffle House. Literally connected.
