I got into the Battletech universe when I was in middle school. I found the novel series and was hooked instantly. Later in high school, my friends and I got into the Battletech miniatures strategy game.
Sadly I have not had anyone to play within like 10 years. I started to pull all my stuff from my garage so I can organize it to sell on eBay and Craig’s list.
From left to right, Annihilator, Nightstar, ?, ?, the red one on the bottom is an Akuma.
I used to really enjoy assembling and painting the Mech miniatures. I was never that good at painting but I spent hours in my room listening to music and painting as best I could.
From the left, No-Dachi, Crab, King Crab.
We would all get together on Sunday, get pizzas and have an enormous Mech battle. Good times!
Here are a couple Inner Sphere lances facing off against each other. Some Draconis Combine Mechs vs. some urban painted Mechs.
Were You ever into Battletech?

Just posted about the new Battletech game on PC yesterday.
Links to a devsteam vid and #1 of a lets play series in my post. This game is worth noting because its the only game since the 80's that actually uses Battletech mechanics. Not to mention it has the new art assets from MWO(Mechwarrior Online) which look great.
Check out my post if you like. Cheers!
