I gotta give it up for the Big Green Egg, I cook on one of those with a DigiQ temp controller.

It's actually so good at holding heat that I start big cooks like pork shoulder before I go to sleep, I've yet to wake up to anything other than perfect temperature. Smoked meats for life yo
