In this video, I use the 3-2-1 method to smoke some baby back ribs to fall off the bone perfection on my 30 inch Char-Broil electric smoker. There are people who prefer competition style ribs that still have a bit of tug to them, but the FOTB variety is preferred around our home. These are the first ribs I've made in my Char-Broil electric smoker but they will not be the last.
