June was another busy months for the team. Platform release followed by token holders promotion kept us in the swirl of different tasks. Below is the progress update.

Airdrop and bounty

As we promised, after the mainnet launch the token holders promotion campaign has started. Bonus tokens (~60% of initial holder’s balance) are sent to those who either contributed into course of BCShop.io development on early stages or provided personal feedback later. More information on airdrop rules can be found here. So far more than 150 holders already got their tokens.

Airdrop lottery also took place right after the mainnet launch. Random generator determined 1000 winners out of more than 2000 participants and airdrop tokens were sent on the same day - the 1st of June.

Bugfixes and improvements

Our technical team is constantly fixing various bugs that can easily appear in any project after the launch; at the same time they keep working on platform improvements. After the very moment of launch on May, 31 we’ve been having an intense period when users are contacting us suggesting to change this or that, add pop-up hint here, additional message there. Our inner task manager quickly got around 100 new small tasks to do.

Price lists concepts

Here we would like to highlight the next core feature of BCShop.io to come in near future, price-lists. Price-list is a number of offers grouped together in one list. The main point is all your similar offers are accessible from a single page. User opens your price-list link and can easily get summary of all the items in it.

Users can switch between tiles view and list view anytime

As a merchant you will be able to create lots of price-lists. New page accessible from the upper menu will hold all your price lists.

Click on a single price-list will lead to its own page, where you can edit or delete it.

Adding existing products is very easy. Mark several offers on your ‘Offers’ page and click ‘Add selected to pricelist’
