Strategic Decisions and New Partners

Last couple months were months of strategic decisions for BCShop.io company. Considering situation on the market and accompanying interest decline to crypto (Ethereum in particular) we had to answer the following questions:

  1. When and how we want to officially launch considering we have only one shot here?
  2. Who will be our partner leading the market entry?
  3. What state of the project we want to achieve considering the remaining financing?

Goodbyes…

Many projects our there suffered because of cryptocurrency huge price drops. Many have said “goodbye” already. Recently BitBoost, BCShop.io direct competitor, have followed this sad tendency. Only the strongest will survive the bloodbath.

After deeply thinking about possible options of upcoming project existence we decided the following:

  1. We will use depression times on the market to move BCShop.io platform to the whole new level with newly formed branding and growth hacking partnerships.
  2. Co-founders will invest all necessary personal resources needed for point 1 to happen.

International events and partnerships

In preparation to the effective market entry we needed to strengthen several platform’s aspects. First, we needed to improve the user interface and flow as many early customers found it is not clear enough. Second, we looked to improve our branding and design overall. Additionally, we needed a professional partner who can lead the market entry and growth.

In order to solve those challenges, we onboarded new experienced advisors and visited branding and growth hacking workshops in Vienna. Then, we visited The Marketplace Conference 2018 in Berlin to dive into marketplace business and study from top notch professionals around the world.

Our next stop will be in Zug, the cryptocurrency capital of the world, in March, to onboard service providers and merchants on the platform.

We are happy to say that our branding will be leaded by Alan Galekovic, the man who helped bringing brand value to Visa, MasterCard, Spar, Lindt and other huge companies.

Our company growth will be handled in partnership with The Ventury (https://theventury.com/) – experienced growth hacking company which already helped more than 300 startups to expand their business.
