The Chairman of the Human Rights Commission said, if the disabled people are well wisher, then only Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The Prime Minister said in 2016, the sculptor is a successful man. It is proved through his work. Presided over by the President of Wipes Mohammad Sayedul Haque, the general secretary of the circle, Najma Ara Begum Poppy, delivered the welcome speech.
