I am doing good and hope all of you lovely people are having a good time.
In this Post I am going to share my performance report for Partiko Mentor Programme Round 2. I will share how I did in this second round of mentor-ship. I have already shared about my initial experience in round 1 and ongoing experience of part 2 round.

Partiko is a fantastic dApp in steem blockchain. I have been part of part of Partiko when it was just started so for me its like a baby who has grown-up in front of me. Now with passage of time that baby has grown like a man with full of features and bigger user base. Partiko has witnessed tremendous growth within short period of time and team is working hard to release more features and update UI for even better user experience.

Working as mentor is great work which I love to do and Partiko helped me a lot whenever I need any help. Now lets talk about how I did in this programme. I have on-boarded total 17 members to Partiko App and here is the list. In first round I had on-boarded more member than the required numbers and this time also I managed to keep the same trend. I have mentored 17 members instead of 15 and so happy to share it-

This is the list of users whom I mentored with their pariko point balance as on 25 April 2019. Few members have redeemed their points against up-votes so its good for the community as these points are coming back as SMT.

In first round I written about everyone whom I mentored so this time also I will follow the same. But since list is long this time so I will try to write few words for everyone as per knowledge and observation.

@wadeo007 - He manage listings in Decentralised exchange and have good knowledge about crypto but currently not much active in platform.
@steinz - is a fitness lover and he is doing good with actifit too.
@reeta0119 - She is very nice cook and entrepreneur. She is active Partiko but love doing Actifit too.
@neohope97 - He posts less but the kind of content he posts is a quality one. He mostly write tech posts and I would suggest to visit his posts to gain some knowledge. I like his posts.
@humblemee - She is blockchain and cryptocurrency expert in my opinion. In all her posts you can get thorough knowledge and detailed article about the topic.
@supiar0005 - He is you boy and I am sure he will do great work for the community.
@moz333 - quite active in platform and write about various topics like- Food, Life, Nature etc.
@devkant79 - He is the man who is full of energy and have vast experience of life. No! No! I am not saying he is old, infact he is like my elder brother but if you watch his vlogs and read blogs then you will understand what I want to say. He is very much particular about things and shoots nice videos and write amazing blogs on various topics. Personally I visit his account daily to see what's new. I have lots to learn from you brother.
@jerntee - Seems he is fond of games and in steem he loved playing drugwars
@ayushjalan Ayush is Philosopher, Storyteller and Enthusiast for Mental Health. He writes such a quality content and reading his posts will surely make you happy. He is not new in the platform but I got opportunity to assist him. Currently he is not much active in platform because of his exams but I am sure he will back soon with new posts once his exams are over. We both became minnow almost together. I wish him luck for his exams.
@asparado He is an artist. I like his art drawings and if you want then please visit his post and you will like it too. May be in future I get time to learn art from him.
@selfm - Like to share travelogue and I like the way he posts.
@fuscianigia he is from Italy and fitness lover. He is doing good with Actifit.

@alymos - Lyss is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but now living in Berlin. She writes nice but not much active in steemit. Hope she will share more of her posts with us.

@lovepeace29 - He is the man with full of energy and sportsmanship. He re cently Joined steemit and even he introduced himself through his skating video. I liked sport spirit and excited to see more from him.

Mentor-ship is nice task to and of course there are some challenges but if there is no challenge in the work then its not fun. I love to the work full of challenges because problem comes our mind works fast to find the solutions and we learn the way to solve it.

Now Since I talked much about me as a mentor and mentees but I want to appreciate and thanks to @rosatravels for her efforts. She is working hard to organise such nice programmes. Thank you so much Rosa for all your work and support.
