The forest is of animals on which we are accumulating proprietary rights.

The fault was not of the animal but of the humans. We have entered unauthorized areas in their area. The forest is their first possession, the forest area is theirs. The bear did the same thing which was naturally his job, he hunted. What did the villagers do? Instead of giving information to the forest department, they killed him. In India the bears fall under the category of protected animals and occupational use and hunting for the circus are strictly prohibited. Wild bears are now living in very small numbers.
