The witch who dressed as a princess

in beautiful •  7 years ago

I always pictured her as one of those beautiful princesses who live in a castle. With a white dress, her hair curling, and her big, restless eyes waiting, and saying "there's a little less left. Yes, because in her story, the princess is waiting for that dream to come when, a lover galloping on his elegant black horse, picks her up in his arms and they march together to enjoy his eternal love in the country. That's why she prepares herself every day. Read the best books, comb her hair with the best hands, and smile every morning with her best smile, because you have to be prepared in case it comes.

As she becomes the best princess in the world, and despite all her will, she sometimes becomes saddened. The dream seems never to arrive. He slams the door of his lair shut, and gets into bed all day long hating the sunlight. But then he falls asleep, and Morpheus reminds him of why his face shines, why he looks, smiles and curls in his hair. And then she wakes up, and starts writing that dream on a piece of paper again.

The entire entourage of the castle admired her, she had everything and just had to wait. But one day she got tired. She got tired of all that and decided to go out and find her dream. The envy that the decision to flee provoked was not long in coming and it was, without a doubt, the decision to abandon everything she had longed for years seen as an abominable act of cowardice. But she had courage, and for once wondered what she expected of herself, not what others expect.

She left her castle dressed as a princess and reached the Gran Vía, descended to Plaza de España. He glanced, but rather looked around. He smiled from time to time, and looked at himself in all the mirrors. Some people thought he was zigzagging. Anyway, you're used to walking over your contractions all the time. Contradiction by wanting to do somethings and end up doing others or the opposite, in every sense. Knowing that you want to go forward, and not knowing if you're doing right or wrong. Know who you are and how, and what you really want to want...

Finally our princess arrived at the Renoir Cinemas and at the entrance she saw a guy who seemed to be riding a black roe deer. She approached him, very cautious. And when he was 3 centimeters from his face, he remembered that he was nearsighted and hadn't put on his contact lenses. It didn't matter, it was too late, he had kissed her and didn't even give her time to check if the horse was real.

-Hello?
-Hello, Virginia.
Man, I finally know you!
And that's how this sweet, shy, mischievous, and above all, unconventional witch disguised as a princess, knew her dream.
