Today I will share what you should do to keep the skin healthy in summer. Hopefully all of you have a good skin care if you take care of the skin regularly.

আজ আমি আপনাদের সাথে গরমে ত্বক ভালো রাখার জন্য কি করা উচিত তা শেয়ার করব। আশা করি আপনারা এই অনুযায়ী নিয়মিত ত্বকের যত্ন নিলে আপনাদের সকলের ত্বক ভালো থাকবে।

Before washing the face.

All of us have a bit of oily skin in the summer.
Usually oily skin is more than pimple.

We have to solve this problem: -

1. Should wash our skin three times every day.
   (If the skin is cleaned several times a day, the skin goes to oily, it does not pimple on the skin )

2. If you go out of the sun outside, then you should go out to cream on the skin.

গরমে আমাদের সকলের ত্বকই কিছুটা তৈলাক্ত হয়ে যায়।
সাধারণত তৈলাক্ত ত্বকে pimple বেশি হয়।

এই সমস্যার সমাধান পেতে আমাদের করণীয় :-

১.অন্তত প্রতিদিন আমাদের তিনবার করে ত্বক ধোয়া উচিত।
(ত্বক ঠিকমতো কয়েকবার ধোয়া হলে ত্বকের তৈলাক্ত টা চলে যায়, এতে করে ত্বকে pimple হয় না)

২. বাহিরে রোদের মধ্যে কোথাও বের হলে তখন ত্বকে ক্রিম মেখে বের হওয়া উচিত।
( রোদে বের হওয়ার সময় ত্বকে ক্রিম লাগালে রোদের তাপ গায়ে লাগেনা, এতে করে ত্বক ফ্রেশ থাকে)

After washing the face.

Everyone in the summer will take care of their skin, then the skin will be good.
Looks nice to see yourself. Friends will appreciate if you look good to yourself. Everyone likes to hear praises, hope you like them. 😊

গরমে সবাই নিজের ত্বকের যত্ন নিবেন, তাহলে ত্বক ভালো থাকবে।
নিজেকে দেখতে সুন্দর লাগবে। আর নিজেকে দেখতে সুন্দর লাগলে বন্ধুরা প্রশংসা করবে। প্রশংসা শুনতে সবারই ভালো লাগে, আশা করি আপনাদের ও ভালো লাগে। 😊
