So welcome to my first post, where I will share my own experience that I had with dandruffs and how I finally got free from them.
I hope some of you will find this post helpful, so let's go.
First and most important WASH YOUR HAIR very well. If you feel that you need to rinse them twice or more times - do it. In my case, most of the times I had dandruffs because I was not rinsing my hair properly, so take your time and do it well.
But for those who have oily scalp skin even washing hair 10 times in a row does not help. So, I tried to rinse hair with warm loorberilehed water. (Boil water with loorberileheds in it, then wait for it to get cool and voila)
Try caraway water (boil water with caraways, wait for it to get cool, then rinse your hair, but do not WASH YOUR HAIR AGAIN with clean water). Ah, and feel free to make your own proportions. I always put as much loorberileheds or caraways in water as I thought it's enough for water to get color.
As cliché as it may sound use anti-dandruff shampoo. It's less dense and easier to wash out..
And the winner for me is a helbah oil (I found it on a local spice store). Rub the oil (I recommend to use it with lemon juice) to your scalp, wait for 1-2 hrs and then wash your hair. You won't see any dandruffs after this.
From me to you Steemers!
See you later :).
