So you get to 40, everything starts heading south, it's harder to shift excess weight and your skin doesn't ping back into place as easy as it used too............but there are all these miracle things on the market that help us to stay young and beautiful......apparently.
So I'm going to try it.
You may have read some of my eariler blogs where I have lost weight through watching what I eat and through bouts of exercise (Not great on that score I admit) but I have gone from 13st 5 to 11 stone 7.....almost 2 stone!
