We can assume (99% - we simply love this number) this is a method how Crypterium team liquidates all fake addresses and sells tokens for a long time:

3M tokens were sent to many different fake addresses to increase number of ICO participants and token holders
part of the addresses sent "locked team tokens" to exchanges and sold them immediately (within "lock-up period of 10 months")
part of the addresses kept tokens for a longer period
from these addresses tokens are being sent to exchanges, trading there (affecting token price) and through contact they are being withdrawn out of exchanges to one address

OK, let´s be nice to these crooks and let´s pretend all of those addresses and transactions are of "some amount of undistributed tokens for Advisors"
