The gift of nature: Virgin Coconut oil magic
Coconut oil is one of the most important but underrated essential oils available to humanity. How do I know that it works wonders on the skin?
In 2016 my cousin’s fiancee came to visit us, and I saw her looking so natural with glowing face without a single make-over, I was pushed to ask her the secret and she simply told me that it was all about virgin coconut oil.
I did not believe it, I thought she was kidding me, so; I pushed her further to affirm what she said and she repeated that it was the coconut oil wonders. When she was leaving I told her to make some for me also to give it a try and she brought it when she came the second week, and I started using it on my face before going to bed, just within three days I noticed a rapid change on my face, then I started applying it all over my body, trust me, it is better than all the creams I have been using all these years.
It has no side effect whatsoever!
Not only does it work on your skin, it does cleanse your system also, I have drank it several times in the morning, but you have to drink it with empty stomach and stay for two hours before breakfast to get the effect, it will cleanse your system. Just take three table spoons first in the morning.
Most especially if you are suffering from constipation or if you are having stomach fat, it is very effective in melting that excess obesity.
HOW TO USE IT AND THE TIME TO USE IT!
Before bed, gently rob it on your face, normally coconut oil becomes clumsy when kept for a long time, but if it is a good virgin one it could stay a year without clumps.
When you wake in the morning, dip your towel in lukewarm water and wipe your face to clean the oil, you may not even see oil on your face because it absorbs easily but just wipe your face. I promise you, within a week you will see the difference!
