Yeah I know that. But I thought of the blockchain behind. You can't refuse a delegation. If someone wants to just give something to you without anything in return, you couldn't do something about it.
It's like transfers. If someone sends you 1 SBD you can't say that you don't want it. You have to take it. The only way to return it is to send it back ;)
