For making solid Wood Bedframe Or Solid wood Bunk Bed.
At 1st we need to choose Perfect wood,
Size of wood for this set
2" X2" solid wood Length 190cm = 4 pieces
2" X2" Solid wood Length 125cm = 4 pieces
Those will use as bed piller,
Inside piller we use 2.5" X 1" solid wood Lenght 90cm = 18 pieces
We screws them with those wood inside pillers of bed to make headboard.

Now we need to make side raile where we will install Bedframe base.. Let's make it easy way
We take 1"X3" wood piece length as actual size of mattress here in Malaysia 190cm. We take 6 pieces for this specific bedframe.

Now we take 6 pieces 1" X1" Solid wood length 182cm

Now we screws 1" X3" and 1" X1" wood together in 1 side of 1" X3" wood piece picture here👇

Now make hole for install side rail of bed frame. We make 2 hole 8mm tick in between gap 1 inches

Now we install nut inside the hole

Now we make hole on headboard exact gap and exact same size of hole just below the 1"x2.5" wood pieces we install on piller bed. Picture is here 👇

Now we make cover rails for L shape bed we make 2 only.
We take 1"X2" solid wood length 152cm 2 pieces for 1 cover rail
And 1"x2" solid wood length 40cm 4 pieces for 1 cover rail. Then we screws them as like picture below. Top 1 piece 152cm wood and bottom also 1 piece. In Between gap 24cm.

We make 2 pieces cover rail.

Now we gonna make staircase for this bed, here will be 2 staircase
For double decker use 145cm height
And for small lost bed use 90cm height
Uses wood 1"X2"
12" lengh staires
Each stair gap 12"

Now we make solid wood bedframe base
(Mattress Size here 190cm X92cm)
1" X2" solid wood length 92cm 3 pieces
7 pieces 15mmX2" solid wood length 92cm
We will need 6 set of bed base for this bedframe.
