This is not a Quranic verse. This couplet is from the poetry of a poet who writes in Dari. His name is Mirza Abdul Qadir "Bedil." "Bedl" is his pen name.
Yes, Quranic Arabic is difficult. One has to understand the context of the verses, and only knowing Arabic won't be much help.

Really, it's not so hard. Maybe I shouldn't send you link to steemtools, because probably at the beginning 99% of tools listed there you will not need. I just wanted to show, how many different applications was already build on top of steem or steemi :)
