Most people take experience to be directly proportional to the number of years that you have lived on earth.
This is logically correct but rationally wrong.
Experience should be measured according to the victories and defeats.
A friend of mine went for a job interview and was asked: "How many years experience do you have?" He answered: "With all due respect, I can't count how many years". He further said something that motivated me. He said: "For every book that I read about everything and anything, I get a certificate of experience".
Most times we think age equals experience but have we sat down to ponder why most of the people on Forbes list are young men & women but our old people are fighting and scavenging for power and our country's money.
Don't get me wrong, age matters in experience but it is not the matter in experience. I could be 25 years old and be experienced than a man of 40 years old. Therefore don't count experience based on age because "Experience is the definition of victory over real life obstacles not victory over death".
I stand to be corrected by any person with responsible points to prove to me that my problem with experience is not valid.
