perchè proprio la birra?
bella domanda.
circa 5 anni fa in un paesino lontano lontano dei giovani ragazzi si radunarono per trascorrere un fine settima isolati dal mondo.
in quel momento nacque la Comune...
un concetto.
un idea
una missione
un amore....
amavo la birra e questo amore era condiviso da chi amavo.
volevo che la birra fosse il traino per portare avanti questa missione.
volevo che la birra fosse la fonte di guadagno tale per raggiungere il nostro sogno...
e li....quel giorno ho deciso che sarebbe diventato il mio lavoro per sempre...
ora dopo 5 anni circa sono un birraio e parte di quel sogno si è avverato...
confido che un giorno il tutto prenderà forma ma finchè non accadrà voglio condividere quello che so con tutti voi...
se ne avete voglia seguitemi perchè ho intenzione di pubblicare in modo settimanale delle ricette per homebrewer e creare un canale di scambio dove chi ama questo lavoro potrà trovare un riscontro e confrontarsi.
