It is still too young really, but I could not help myself, I had to taste! There is still some yeast swimming around and the hops still taste a little vegetal but I can sense that this beer is going to be great in a couple of months! The Cascade hop is present in the aroma and the malts will be better blended when the stout is at it's peak in November-December!

I'm a huge fan of imperial stouts. I don't know much about making beer, but the market is so saturated with beer choices that there are enough to keep me busy by trying others. I hope you enjoyed it now and that you'll really enjoy it in a few months.
