A buddy and I met up at a local bar to watch the UFC fights the other night and I discovered for myself a delicious beer. Marble Brewery's White Out.White Out is what some describe as a Belgium specialty ale. Marble Brewery describes it as "Our 7th Anniversary Ale. American hop flavor greets spicy Belgian ale yeast in our artful Anniversary Brew. Coriander and Curacao orange peel brighten a storm of Citra and Mosaic. A study in contrast, White Out’s flavor profile is uniquely Marbleous." I am a big fan of Belgian Whites and this one doesn't disappoint.
