Barut Summer Snow by Barut Brewing and Blending

Style	Berliner Weisse

Appearance	Thick white head. Straw to pale gold color. Misty.
Aroma	Fermented fruit. Acidic. Sour milk. Distant wheat. Cheese farmyard. Suggests heavy and full taste
Taste	Gentle sour lactic body with roasty feel in the aftertaste which is a surprise. I like it how the taste twists somewhat.
Palate	Prickly and quite heavy carbonation. Watery and a bit silky. Very low ABV so not really a flaw. Pleasant aftertaste. A bit dusty feel.

Overall	One of my favourites at Bevog’s Who Cares for Beer Festival as I mentioned in my previous post. Awesome example of a style and something I will be on the lookout for.
Score (subjective)	18/20

Price: 26 kuna (4.10$) for 0.3 ml. Pub on tap. Splurge.
