Beer Tasting - Imperial IPA ('HumanFish Mudpuppy' by HumanFish Brewery)

Post Bitcoin Gold fork action. It all comes down to BTC dominance. The big question is why isn’t it going down more? I’ll illustrate below. Also, today’s beer went down pretty nicely.

I expected Bitcoin dominance to go down more. What's with the advanced hodling play? Here is a daily chart from coinmarketcap. Pre fork - 58.62%. Post fork - 56.37% . Now - 55.32%. It’s going down, but it’s a trickle. I was hoping to maybe even reach 40s…

Maybe people are waiting to be credited with BTG to move their asses into alts. I sure don’t see any on my Bittrex account. Check out where you can trade BTG (Bitcoin Gold) since Bittrex won’t have it as a trading pair, only withdrawal. Who knows how that works out… I wanted to dump asap. Sucks.

Is it spring already? City is bursting with flowers. Full of colors. Fresh scents. Nice to walk around the center.

It didn’t take me long to reach Craft Pub on Opatovina Street. This week they have a special guest stars from Slovenia. Human Fish Brewery. There are several beer on offer but I went for the Imperial first since high alc tend to sell off early.

Style	Imperial IPA
Country	Vrhnika, Slovenia

Appearance	Deep amber. Modest milky white head. Love the name and the logo of the brewery
Aroma	Full blast fruity hops. Almost jam like. Damp herbs. Easily likeable.
Taste	Quite sweet. But there is that bitter kick of hops and even alcohol. Stings a bit. You can taste how drunk this will make you. Not a fan of that. I like it when it lies.
Palate	Silky body. low carbonation. But that bitter alcohol in it. Pheeew, you sure can feel it. Leaves a lasting semi artificial bitter finish.

Overall	Imperials are relatively hard to come by but i wouldn't have this again. Doesn't suit me at all. I'm glad I'm drinking a Slovenian though! There are quite a few brews on the list now 😵
Score (subjective)	12/20

Price: 14 kuna (2.20$) for 0.15 ml. On tap at a pub. Splurge.
