The most famous brewery is pilsner urquell, and it is for sure the best mass producted beer. You will enjoy it draft or bottled. For example, you can visit "the PUB" and draft your own beer.
If you want to taste "home brewery" you have to visit "U Fleků" it is really famous and most visited brewery in Czech Rep. It is a bit more expensive but it is worthy!
To the end i will recomend you few more brands like Staropramen, Svijany or Gambrinus.
