I am preparing dinner, but thought I would sneak in a little hoppy hour.
This brew comes from Two Roads Brewing Co. based out of Stratford, CT.
Lets tip the glass and see!
If the IPAs I've dislike taste like too much ale, this one taste like it is brewed with a Czech Pilsner recipe. It is crisp as a cracker and light as a loon.
I used giphy to turn the video of the first pour into a gif. Do you like this? I sure do! I got tonhear the audio again and there is a light fizz almost a skillet sizzle. This carbonation definitely has a different signature.
The two dominant brew features - light and bitter - are driving and in the shotgun, respectively. Hops came along, but is somewhere in the trunk.
I popped a pretzel in my mouth and I think the salt is helping me bypass the bitter and taste the hope.
My guess is that any Pilsner or PBR fan would like this style of IPA.
Seems like a cool beer brand, got to try sometime :)

This sounds like my kind of style, a little less hops is god for me. Cheers from Texas!
