I'm a huge fan of imperial stouts. I don't know much about making beer, but the market is so saturated with beer choices that there are enough to keep me busy by trying others. I hope you enjoyed it now and that you'll really enjoy it in a few months.

    Today it requires a proud brewer to appreciate but I'm sure it will be excellent in a couple of months!
