I was actually thinking about doing mead as well. It's on my list of things to do :)

    Tiny led me to try my first mead; a pretty simple recipe that's currently bubbling away in fermentation. It's called Joe's Ancient Orange Mead, and as a brewer I thought it seemed odd at first glance (mainly the yeast selection) but I'm giving it a shot.
