Well, hello! I'm the other Belgian @AKSounder referred to. Depending on where you live, I might take you up on the offer of chatting over a beer. ;-) I'm a homebrewer, but instead of beer, I brew mead. I've put all yeasty projects on hold until we move into and renovate our new house, but can't wait to get back into it.

Tiny led me to try my first mead; a pretty simple recipe that's currently bubbling away in fermentation. It's called Joe's Ancient Orange Mead, and as a brewer I thought it seemed odd at first glance (mainly the yeast selection) but I'm giving it a shot.
