Ahoj komunito,
Na pořádnou pivní žízeň je třeba pivní podnik s dostatečnou pivní výzbrojí. Tak jsme zkusili relativně mladý ostravský minipivovar s vlastní restaurací Žíznivý dromedár. Na čepu měli 5 jejích vlastních piv (polotmavou 11°, 12°, 13° IPA a jemnou a lahodnou medovou desítku - mňam!), což není vůbec málo. A pro ty, kteří netuší, co si dát hned ze startu, tam mají fajn degustační setík po 0,1 dcl.
A kde je to páté pivo na čepu? To už se tam nevešlo, tak tady je extra: Zimní Ejl, svrchně kvašený 13° Ale s americkými chmelovými odrůdami, s chutí a vůní po badyánu, skořici a pomerančové kůře. Taková zimní konkurence punče, která není vůbec špatná :-)
Tak zase někdy na pivu ;-)
