Softly Spoken Magic Spells is an 8.6% alcohol/volume American Imperial Double IPA made by SingleCut Beersmiths in Queens/New York City. It all began as a home-brewing stint by Rich Buceta, who later fulfilled his dream of becoming a professional brew-master. SingleCut Beersmiths began in 2012 and has been busting out hoppy brews ever since. Softly Spoken Magic Spells is a juicy and tropical golden IIPA. This was the second beer I've tried from SingleCut Beersmiths and it was delicious.

The Can
Softly Spoken Magic Spells comes in a full pint can. Just like the last beer I had from SingleCut Beersmiths, the label was simple yet attractive. Red connected text-clouds read the words Softly Spoken Magic Spells.
The Beer
The Softly Spoken Magic Spells was another impressive offering from SingleCut Beersmiths. It had a nice golden color when I poured it into a glass and it formed a solid head of foam. A soft and sweet malt carries the tropical notes across the palate when you sip this IIPA. Overall a great beer. I look forward to trying more beers from SingleCut Beersmiths in the future.

Seems dangerously easy to drink for such a strong beer...
Miss the amazing selections of beer available in the states. Here in the Philippines you have to search far and wide for some quality brews.
