This is wait the team aims to be: the next big thing in home sharing. Me personally i think that is quite an interesting ICO. The potential is big and if they succeed to achieve their goal the gains would be huge. Their platform is called Beenest :

This is their short description about the platform. You can find a lot more in a detailed manner on the website "https://www.beetoken.com/". I cannot suggest anyone to invest in anything but i am considering puting some chips out of the table from the other projects in this one.
