You'll learn that guilt is not from God and how you should handle any type of guilt that you may be feeling in your life .
My cousin once told me in that guilt is straight from the pit of hell and you know what she was right ! God never intended us to feel guilty but instead only to confess, ask for forgiveness and repent and in times when we do fall short of his glory to get up and strive for perfection again .
Guilt is a horrible bondage feeling of punishment that only satan himself could conjure up by way of sin . Meant only to punish and keep one in bondage of fear as oppose to God's way of handling the aftermath of sin which is forgiveness meant to give one mercy and set one free from any all condemnation .Romans 8:1 assures us that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus and as a Christian this let's us know that God is a forgiving God and NO this is not permission for christians everywhere to go out and sin nor think that its ok to sin but instead for them to know that God understands that we will sometimes fall short of his glory and in doing so God has a plan to redeem us and cleanse us from all wrong and get us back on the right track.
If you've done anything wrong or sinned then confess , repent and God will forgive you and if feel any fear or satan tries to make you feel guilty then know that God has forgiven you and that God almighty is greater than any sin ,guilt or fear that you may be experiencing and that through his son you have been set free and release from guilt but instead have mercy and help .

1 John 3:20-22
We will know by this that we are of the truth, and will assure our heart before Him in whatever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart and knows all things. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; and whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.
