Thanks. Yes Juggling could give some of the benefits. I wanted to stress the focus in 'interaction' that magic requires. Close -up magic exists through a close 'conversation' between the performer and an audience that a lot of other arts do not focus on. Singing, acting, juggling is performed and a group passively watch. With close up magic, it's all about interacting with people. I'm not sure juggling can be as interactive with the audience on a one to one basis though. Great for dexterity though.

There's a branch of magic called Cardisty, which is a form of juggling with playing cards. However, that can be quite an introverted activity.
