Staying calm.
Are you experiencing a feeling where nothing is going right?
Are you trying your best buy still not able to succeed?
Are you struggling with your relationships? Be it family or future family, friends or office colleagues?
Then you MUST read this.
After a long period of time I have been able to understand the importance of being calm in every situation of life.
I'm myself tackling it. But I feel if I come across something which can help others, then it should be shared.
The following 3 things should run your mind every time something goes wrong.
- Ask yourself WHAT'S THE OPPORTUNITY HERE?
When you ask yourself what's the opportunity here, you are looking for a perfect solution to come out of the problem which actually may not be a problem. It might be just a problem because we have assumed it to be.
You'll find opportunities even in problems and over a period of time it will become a part of you.
You'll never be broken nor be affected. Be it friends or any stranger.
You will stand like a rock, smiling your way while you cruise your ship through sea of disasters.
People will wonder what's the fuel that powers you. Well you know it now. And don't let it go away.
So ask yourself What's the opportunity here?
2. KEEP YOURSELF IN THE PRESENT
This is very very important. We tend to foresee unimaginable threats which may happen to us.
We waste our present in wondering would would we do if this happens or that happens.
With the wild number of simulations running in our head we tend to attract fear and hatred.
This is the reason for self destruction.
" Negative thoughts do more harm than nuclear weapons "
Say this to yourself
Stay in the present.
Everything is going to be okay.
God is always with me.
And today is my day.
3. LET IT GO.
Sometimes or may be most of the times in our life we tend to hold on to the things and people who were just mean to pass through our life as PERMANENTS.
Some people came in our kite to teach us some new lessons. When such lessons or memories are over, they will be gone.
You'll find yourself tired mentally and physically in that game where you try to figure out what went wrong. It may not be your mistake.
But what's meant to happen will happen. No one can change it.
So take charge of your life. Sit in the driver's seat and lead your life to glory. Cherish what you have. Feel lucky of what you had.
Bring peace to your mind. Stay calm. Stay alive.
