We take 4 potatoes, 1 egg, 1 onion,2 tablespoons flour,Olive oil for frying,Salt and pepper to your taste.
Potatoes grate on a coarse grater. Then we add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons flour,finely chopped onion,Salt and pepper to your taste.
Mix the whole mass.And begin to fry until golden brown colour.
