Belgium generally receives less swell than the Netherlands.
A strong NW swell should see consistent jetty breaks like Blankenberge get up to shoulder high.
Water drops to a chilly 5ºC in February and snowy sand is always a possibility. But most often we get perfect conditions to kitesurf.
