Should we believe in 'Miracles' ?

Should we believe in 'miracles' ? This question doesn’t pertain to whether I should believe in this miracle or that miracle. It has to do with whether we are rationally justified in believing in miracles as such.

Believe in yourself means you believe in 'God'
Believe in 'God' then you believe in 'Miracles' 😊
