Not that I did not like my body a few months ago, but I had lost quality of life, I was under pressure in the heights even with several medicines, I walked a little and I was panting and tired, high cholesterol and diabetes risk, all of this I discovered in the first trip the nutritionist who gave me a very restricted food reeducation, which deprived me of the beer that everyone knows I love 💔 but I followed everything and the result came thanks to God, today I continue with the reeducation of food , but when I have the desire I allow myself some things, but always ruled because there are still 7kg, and I'm still in the fight to eliminate them, but to reach the weight of 67kg, it is already a victory 💪🏾
